Quality reaffirmed: ISO 9001 certification renewed

M-LOCKS has once again renewed its ISO 9001:2015 certification. Certification body DEKRA assessed M-LOCKS' quality management system positively and extended the certification for three years. The external audit, which was carried out in November 2024, confirmed that M-LOCKS still meets global quality management standards.

Thorough assessment of processes and performance

During the audit, all of M-LOCKS' business activities were extensively assessed by an independent auditor. Among other things, the auditor looked at compliance with customer expectations, internal requirements, laws and regulations, and the degree of continuous improvement. All processes within the organisation were analysed to ensure that they contribute to increasing customer satisfaction.

Quality as a continuous focus

The renewal of the ISO 9001 certificate emphasises M-LOCKS' ongoing commitment to quality and reliability. It demonstrates that we continue to invest in optimising our quality management system. Our goal: to continue to meet the high expectations of customers, partners and other stakeholders.
