ISO certification renewed again!

We are proud to inform you that M-LOCKS has been able to renew its ISO 9001:2015 certificate. Certification body DEKRA has extended the certification of M-LOCKS' quality management system for three years. The external audit carried out in November 2024 confirmed that M-LOCKS continues to comply with the international quality standard ISO 9001. As part of the certification process, all M-LOCKS activities were thoroughly assessed by an independent external auditor. Particular attention was paid to meeting customer requirements, requirements of our own organization, laws and regulations and by continuously improving the effectiveness of the quality management system. To this end, all processes were audited to determine that they are aimed at increasing customer satisfaction.

This certification indicates that M-LOCKS is continuously looking for opportunities to improve the quality system in order to meet the expectations of its stakeholders.
